Dr. Peter Nishino is a board-certified general dentist who is honored to serve the Friendswood, TX community with personalized care for creating healthy, beautiful smiles. He received a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Texas in Austin. With a passion to help others, he then went on to earn his doctor of dental surgery degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center, Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. Dr. Nishino has been a general dentist for ten years and goes above and beyond to provide the highest standard of care for each of his patients.

Training and Certification

Committed to broadening his knowledge, Dr. Nishino completed a 12-month residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) following his four-year dental education to enhance his skills as a dentist and better serve his community. He has a special passion and ability for cosmetic dental procedures and attended the esteemed The Dawson Academy for Esthetic Dentistry where he strengthened his abilities in performing natural-looking smile design with a minimally invasive approach. Dr. Nishino’s board-certified standing with the American Board of General Dentistry further underscores his dedication to helping his patients enjoy optimal oral health and beautiful smiles for life.
